As someone who processes the direct telecom bills for Facipties I was able to gain a better understanding of what SS7 is, how it relates to the work our engineers do (especially calculating trunks needed), and will trunks needed), and will be able hopefully to recognize its coding on our invoices.

The instructor was obviously very knowledgeable on the subject matter and yet was able to explain it in terms that even I, not being an engineer, could easily understand.  Having spent years studying learning theories, I was impressed with the instructor’s ability to make class a success.

Instructor made sure material being covered was relevant to our job requirements. Allowed the class to dictate topics covered and  conversation of topics to drift into real-world applications.  The instructor and the material fully met my expectations and the needs of the team.

Extremely well organized, prepared and presented. The instructor interaction with students was very useful. I found both MPLS and IPV6 courses to be extremely interesting. I liked most the use of analogies and complexity in a nutshell concept along with TONEX Roadmaps to explain complex concepts.

The satellite communications link-budget calculations and satellite communications data presented were useful. I plan to use the course materials as a technical reference library at my desk.  This course was technically excellent. The instructor knowledge, subject explanation, interaction with students and his methodology were excellent.

The instructor presents this material with excellent style. Some of the questions I’ve had since graduating college were answered during this class. The material on SDH/SONET, and ATM traffic routing was most enlightening. If you need to know about Telecom Traffic Engineering Concepts, this course is for you. These’s enough information here to get you started.

The course was excellent. The instructor’s presentation, knowledge, interaction with students and subject explanation were all excellent.  The sections on RF engineering were the most relevant to my work. I found several directly applicable pieces of information by attendance at the course. I keep all book at my desk, but the RF Engineering Books are on right on top. I use them almost daily.  If you are wondering about the various 2G/3G/4G Wireless communications technologies, how they work, and the advantages & disadvantages of each technology, then this course is for you.

It really help me because it relates to my need and business. The course is personalized and I love it. It’s personalized and that makes it easy to learn.

I found it useful when the instructor found the time to learn about the situation in our company, so that he can relate this course to our requirements. I was very satisfied with the quality of the class. The material was presented in an interesting manner with detailed color diagrams that were very helpful. The instructor was very knowledgeable and flexible, allowing custom tailoring of the material to be covered to best suit the needs of the attendees. All material was covered thoroughly and with many real world examples mixed in for easy interpretation!

I thought that the instructor was very capable. He kept a very technical and potentially “dry” subject interesting by using different methods of presentation. I came away feeling confident in my knowledge of GSM, GPRS, CDMA, CDMA2000 and UMTS after only one week! I was impressed that Tonex didn’t require that there be a large number of students to run the class. Probably the most impressive thing about the class was that the attendees were asked to rank all of the potential topics that could be covered for relevance to our job/situation, and the instructor modified the delivery of the class as we proceeded to fit those rankings. This indicated that the instructor was both very confident and capable in presenting on any content that might be desired on a moment’s notice! The color charts/diagrams were also very helpful!.
