Technical Communication Level II Training intends to enable you to enhance your current communication skills, and improve your ability to identify a document’s target audience and the goal to present the information in the clearest way possible. You will learn how to improve your technical writing style and presentation, via creating writing samples that include various types of document for both print and online presentation.

Technical Communication Level II Training helps you improve your written and oral communication skills for and about business and industry. Technical communication concentrates on goods and services—how to produce them, advertise, manage, provide, and use them.

Technical communication is mainly used in the workplace in dealing with supervisors, colleagues, assistants, vendors, and customers. Therefore, technical communication is not poetic, fictional, lyric, or indirect. In contrary, technical communication is to the point, precise, and clear.

The two main goals of technical communication are 1) informing and 2) persuading. To accomplish these goals, technical communication must be:

  • Accurate
  • Understandable
  • Concrete

Technical Communication Level II Training is a more advanced course than the Technical Communication Level I Training we provide. Therefore, you may consider taking that training course before this if you already don’t have the basic foundation of technical communication.
