Module  2: Refining User Stories and Defining Acceptance Criteria

  • Refining and Splitting User Stories
  • Applying the INVEST criteria to user stories
  • Techniques for splitting large user stories (epics) into manageable chunks
  • Hands-on exercise: Refining and splitting user stories
  • Writing Effective Acceptance Criteria
  • Defining clear and testable acceptance criteria
