This course provides a practical framework for detecting, tracking, correlating, and assessing targets using observations from multiple sensors and intelligence sources. Participants examine track formation, kinematic analysis, identity correlation, association logic, uncertainty, and behavior characterization. Emphasis is placed on building reliable target histories and maintaining analytic continuity when observations are intermittent, ambiguous, or derived from heterogeneous sources.
