This course develops advanced skills for analyzing non-communications electromagnetic emissions, with emphasis on radar and other electronic systems. Participants learn to characterize emitters using measurable technical parameters, distinguish emitter modes and variants, correlate observations, and develop threat assessments and electronic order of battle products. The course emphasizes repeatable analysis, parameter uncertainty, and the relationship between technical characteristics and operational capability.
