Day 2, February 28, 2020

  • 802.11ac Evolution to 802.11ax-2019, 802.11ax Vision & Use Cases
  • Key 802.11ax Technologies and Building Blocks: 802.11 ax PHY and MAC Enhancements: OFDMA/RU, MU-MIMO DL/UL
  • Overview of Spatial frequency reuse/BSS coloring, power savings, Target Wake Time/TWT, Trigger-based Random Access, MAC Enhancement
  • Overview of 802.11az and 802.11ay

Day 1: Overview of Bluetooth Classic, BLE and BT5.0

Day 1’s Learning Objectives

  • Explain how BT5.0 is different from BLE

  • Explain 802.11ax PHY and MAC modifications
  • List Coexistence mechanisms for different channels
  • List 802.11ax scenarios and configurations
  • Learn about 802.11az and 802.11ay
