Electronic Signals Intelligence (ELINT) Training Bootcamp, ELINT Training Course

EW-Electronic-Warfare

Electronic Signals Intelligence (ELINT) training Bootcamp is a 2-day training course covering all aspects of Electronic Signals Intelligence (ELINT) including key concepts, EM and radar theory, EW, interception and collection, signal analysis, signal processing techniques and methods and more.

ELINT bootcamp is a two-day course comprised of a series of training modules. This course is intended to serve as an introductory course  ideal for analysts, engineers, program and project managers, scientists, operational planners and tactical military commanders on the battlefield. and others who need a good understanding of ELINT concepts and operation.

ELINT is information derived primarily from electronic signals that do not contain
speech or text (which are considered COMINT).

Learning Objectives

After completing the ELINT training bootcamp, participants will:

  • Discuss the basic and advanced ELINT principles
  • Discuss strategies for safeguarding ELINT approaches
  • Define the roles and responsibilities that support ELINT environments
  • Conduct gap analysis between ELINT baseline and best practices
  • Get familiar with RF theory, antenna principles, antenna types and characteristics
  • Tools to predict system performance via link budgets and detection theory.
  • Learn about Interferometers and adaptive digital beamforming
  • Evaluate detection concepts and principles of link budgets
  • Describe principles behind emitter geolocation techniques
  • Evaluate and implement advanced signal processing techniques
  • Analyze, assess, and optimize propagation effects and models for challenging environments
  • Integrate receiver architectures and modern digital signal processing hardware/software
  • Explain principles behind Software Defined Radio (SDR)
  • Evaluate and implement the security controls necessary to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability (CIA) in ELINT environments

Who Should Attend

ELINT training course is designed for hardware and software engineers, analysts, scientists, project managers, military intelligence professionals, and anyone else who wants to learn about the ELINT.
