TEMPEST EMI/RFI Data Security Training is a 2-day training course provides you with the latest tools and methods for analyzing Telecommunications and Electrical Machinery Protected from Emanations Security (TEMPEST) EMI/RFI data security issues.
TEMPEST is US DOD and NATO technology and certification testing to provide security of information systems by the elimination of “leaking emanations”, including unintentional radio or electrical signals, sounds, and vibrations.
Participants will receive the leading-edge information on TEMPEST methods for spying on unshielded equipment and how to shield equipment. Underlying TEMPEST protection efforts including emission security (EMSEC), communications security (COMSEC) and mitigation techniques are covered. Methods uses to mitigate against EMSEC issues such as distance, shielding, filtering, and masking are discussed.
