CPM Training, Critical Path Method

Basic Steps in CPM

- Draw the arrow diagram, or AOA Diagram, or Project Network demonstrating priority relationships
- Approximate the tasks length
- Apply CPM to timetable actions over time to shorten the length of project
- In performing, if any job postponed, apply CPM to review timetable for remaining tasks
