SOW Writing Training
SOW writing training teaches you the concepts, methods, tools, and construction of Statement of Work (SOW). A SOW is a valuable element of the project contract. In this hands-on course, you’ll learn about the features of a SOW and how to design and write a successful SOW. You’ll understand how an SOW for an interior project varies from one written for a contracted project, and you will go over different examples of SOWs and gain a template for creating your own SOW.
Within a contract, the SOW describes the jobs to be achieved and/or the services to be provided by the chosen contractor. A well-developed SOW is the keystone of a successful contractor, and is critical to the management of a strong contract and reducing the contract risks.
The SOW writing training will assist you to successfully write each part of the SOW. You will learn to see the perspective of contractor about the SOW. We will equip you to develop a SOW that mirrors actual requirements, creates competitive proposals, and leads contractor performance.
To describe the actions, products, services, pricing, and timeline that a vendor or supplier must perform, you generate a complete statement of work. We will teach you to review documents, meet with experts and lead you to include guideline regulatory and governance terms and conditions.
